ADULTS BJJ FUNDAMENTALS
March 4-Week Series Starts 03/10 Tuesdays at 7:30 PM Adults BJJ for Beginners is a 4-week introductory series designed for adults who want to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, supportive environment. This no-gi program focuses on foundational techniques, body positioning, movement mechanics, and basic control concepts. No prior experience is required. Each session builds progressively so participants gain confidence and understanding week by week. - Comfortable workout clothing
- Slides or flip-flops for the floor outside of the mat
- Water bottle
- Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the training floor. Students are welcome to train barefoot or with designated indoor-only training shoes
