HIIT FUNCTIONAL BODY MOVEMENT

This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program is designed to improve your functional strength, mobility, balance, and endurance through focused, full-body training. This program is designed to help you become stronger, more stable, and more capable in real-world activities. Get stronger, move better, and build lasting fitness in just 8 weeks!

What You'll Experience:
  • A dynamic warm-up
  • High-intensity circuits based on functional movement patterns
  • Mobility work with full-body integration
  • Cooldown to support recovery and joint health

  • Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the training floor. Students are welcome to train barefoot or with designated indoor-only training shoes.
