This 8-week All Levels Mat Pilates program offers a supportive, low-impact approach to building strength, mobility, and body awareness. Classes emphasize core stability, proper alignment, breath control, and smooth, intentional movement. This program is open to all levels - no prior Pilates experience required.
The practice supports improved posture, joint health, balance, and functional strength, making it an excellent complement to daily life, martial arts, dance, and other fitness practices. Designed to meet students where they are, this program encourages consistency, mindful progression, and sustainable strength. |

- Guided mat-based Pilates sequences focusing on core, hips, glutes, back, and shoulders
- Clear instruction with options and progressions for all levels
- Emphasis on breath, control, and efficient movement
- Increased flexibility, stability, and coordination over time
- A calm, focused environment that supports mind–body connection
What to wear/bring:
- Comfortable workout clothing that allows free movement
- Barefoot or grip socks recommended
- Water bottle
- We will have yoga mats available for use. Feel free to bring your own yoga/Pilates mat.
- Optional: small towel or light layer for warmth during cool-down
Things to note:
- Attendees should expect to support themselves when getting up from and down to the floor.
- This program is suitable for pregnant people up to 20 weeks with guidance from a medical provider.
- Please note that outdoor shoes are not allowed on the training floor.
