strength & self-defense

​Strength & Self-Defense is a training program designed for adults who want to build real strength while learning practical self-defense skills.

Each session begins with 30 - 40 minutes of functional physical training using bodyweight and select equipment to improve mobility, endurance, power, and total-body conditioning. The final 20 minutes focus on applied self-defense techniques - developing awareness, positioning, control, and effective response under pressure.

This program is built for adults looking to get fit with purpose. You won’t just sweat - you’ll train your body to move efficiently and your mind to respond confidently. This program welcomes both men and women!

WHAT TO WEAR:
  • Comfortable workout clothing
  • Water bottle
  • ​Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the training floor. Students are welcome to train barefoot or with designated indoor-only training shoes.
