KICKBOXING FITNESS

Kickboxing Fitness is a martial art inspired group fitness format that is both heart-pumping and technical. Using punches and kicks from disciplines such as karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing, participants will get a total body workout that involves utilizing multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train their speed, agility, endurance, and quickness. This program welcomes both men and women!

WHAT TO WEAR:
  • Comfortable workout clothing
  • Water bottle
  • ​Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the training floor. Students are welcome to train barefoot or with designated indoor-only training shoes.
