​To better serve our community, a portion of our proceeds benefits our community through hosting, partnering, and participating in events including health, fitness, and nutrition workshops, charitable wellness events, neighborhood festivals, and food drives. All events that we host are family-friendly and free to the community!

🕯️Experience two restorative Sound Bath Meditation sessions led by @Mecca Elevated at Rise Training Academy - open to the community at no cost.

Take time to pause and reset before the new year. Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound — crystal singing bowls, gongs, other healing instruments and grounding frequencies designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and elevate your vibration. Release the old, awaken clarity, and step into the new year with a heart in harmony.

Whether you’re new to sound bath meditation or deep in your practice, this is your space to simply be. Come as you are, leave lighter, calmer, and more aligned. 💫

• Adults 18+
• Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to settle in.
• Bring water to stay hydrated.
• Free street parking is plentiful on Halsted and 83rd Streets.
• Mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own props (mat, blanket, or blocks) for extra comfort.

Mecca Perry Bio

Mecca Perry is a Certified Sound Meditation Facilitator, Founder of Elevated Mediation Studio, Wellness Podcaster, and Wellness Event Professional. She weaves her background in event production/culinary with modern and ancient wellness practices, all in the service of others. Mecca’s mission is to create bespoke sacred experiences that transform her clients' experience of themselves and the world. After a decade-long meditation practice, Mecca turned her passion into service. She completed over 300 hours of Sound and Meditation Training in Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; Tempe, AZ and Auroville, India.
